If we can make your day, then you've made our
day.
For your best experience, safety and security.
Excursions are organized according to the wishes of YOU as the client,
and your conditions. Since there is room for 2 people with special needs and
two assistants, it can be an experience for several people on the same tour. In
the crew, we provide a small fireplace for grilling sausages, making coffee,
etc. As a company, we bring wood and a coffee pot. Make room for slightly
larger equipment, such as a collapsible lightweight wheelchair, as there is a
luggage holder on the sled. On the other hand, personal equipment such as
appropriate and appropriate clothing, sunglasses or sunscreen etc. for your own
needs, you must provide for yourself. The same applies to special equipment for
your daily needs.
Pack lunches for your own needs and that of your assistants. (The crew's
scooter driver takes care of his own lunch bag).
In the event that the excursion concerns a fishing trip, we can assist
with ice drills and some fishing equipment. Any fishing license for your own
part is your responsibility.
We can help book a visit to an available café or restaurant. The cost of
this is not included in the tour fee, unless agreed in advance.
Your security.
Before the excursion, we have introduction and briefing and security.
For you as the guest (customer) the best experience and everyone's safety, we
carry out excursions exclusively to destinations that are reached via
designated and prepared scooter routes. For your own sake and when such needs
exist, you as the client are responsible for having at least one assistant
accompany you on the excursion, because it is about being able to meet your
personal needs. It is your own responsibility to state any medical or
physiological limitations that need to be consulted for the excursion and
excursion goals. In that case, it could be a matter of
moisture-temperature-weather fragile medical equipment.
You arrange any car transport from your home and to the excursion's
agreed starting point yourself. Due to local traffic regulations, we cannot
promise to drive scooters next to apartment buildings or inside residential
areas where there is a ban on scooter traffic.
Furthermore, regarding safety, we reserve the right to decide whether
the excursion is to be carried out with additional snowmobiles in company other
than the one pulling the sled. That scooter can be one in the company or that
one (of two in this case) assistant owns and drives. Otherwise, extra scooters
and accompanying drivers will be charged. It is again about safety.
We also reserve the right to change the route or the destination of the
excursion at short notice, or to cancel the excursion if there is a risk of bad
weather or difficult snow conditions.
It looks like a lot of pointers and seriousness, but we care about your
best experience.
